Homeless Outreach

According to the L.A. Times, in 2015, the Los Angeles County homeless population is approximately 44,359, up from 39,000, due in part to the increase in high rent, low wages, and extremely steep unemployment. This alarming number represents a 12% increase since 2013. Encampments and makeshift tents, seen in residential neighborhoods and near schools, are being used to supply the homeless with some form of shelter.

Using our “Hot Shower/Hot Meal Program”, we warmly open our doors and invite the homeless and extend showers, clean clothes, and hot meals to them. To date, on a monthly-basis, we provide over 300 meals and 80 showers.
